GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Unemployment benefits statewide will increase by $84 starting January 1, 2026, for new claims, bringing the maximum weekly rate to $530 from $446. The law signed in December 2024 also raises the amount each claimant receives for dependents. WKZO
