- ➤ Consumers Energy and ITC Michigan will upgrade substation equipment near West Main Street and U.S. 131 ramps on Friday, Dec. 19 from 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.—mail notices have reached about 4,500 customers. Backup work is set for Sunday, Dec. 21 from 3 to 5 a.m., and customers may call 800-477-5050 with questions. MLive
