Good morning, Kalamazoo.

Families in Kalamazoo celebrated the start of the holiday season on (November 22nd) at the 62nd annual Maple Hill Holiday Parade; the event featured community groups, colorful floats, and marching bands while raising funds for Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes.

Hundreds of locals enjoyed the festive procession and its promise to support families in need.

The City of Kalamazoo will host its Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony this Friday at Bronson Park from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The park will be lit around 6:00 p.m. with music, dance performances, kid-friendly craft and photo tents, food vendors, and free Holly Jolly Trolley rides running later in the season—continuing a tradition that dates back over 90 years.
