- ➤ After a federal judge ordered full SNAP benefits for November, MDHHS directed its EBT vendor on November 6 to issue complete aid; recipients who normally receive benefits on the third, fifth or seventh will get their allotments within 48 hours of funding — all others will receive payments on their scheduled dates.
