- ➤ WMU football came from behind to beat Central Michigan by a score of 24 to 21 on Saturday at Stafford-Smith Field—scoring the decisive touchdown in the final minutes to reclaim the Victory Cannon trophy and retain the Michigan MAC Trophy. Quarterback Broc Lowry completed 17 of 27 passes for 150 yards and rushed for 82 yards on 22 carries as the defense held Central Michigan to 240 total yards in front of 29,299 fans. WKZO
