- ➤ City leaders announced a $16M redesign plan for Arcadia Creek Festival Place in downtown Kalamazoo that will add an amphitheater, indoor facilities, upgraded lighting plus new accessible restrooms to support year-round events. Deputy City Manager Rebekah Kik said the project will use capital improvement funds, a MEDC grant, and further private fundraising to activate the site and set the stage for future phases. WWMT
