Alcott St. in Kalamazoo to serve low- and moderate-income residents recovering from substance abuse and house recovery coaches. - ➤ Shots were fired today at an IHOP in Portage off Westnedge Avenue during a dine and dash, and police said the restaurant building and a nearby vehicle were damaged although no one was hurt. WWMT
- ➤ A shooting occurred Sunday on Fox Ridge Drive near Alamo Avenue (1:10 p.m.) and KDPS confirmed that at least one person was hospitalized while police maintained a strong presence in the area. WWMT
