  • Rabbit Angels Rabbit Rescue partners with Sweetwater's Donut Mill for an Easter weekend event offering seasonal donuts and a chance to meet bunnies at three locations. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Battle Creek on April 3, today at Stadium Drive, and Sprinkle Road on April 5).  WWMT

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • Seven tornado warnings were issued last night in West Michigan but no tornado formed and no damage was reported. Meteorologists said cooler air to the north likely prevented the storm rotation from reaching the ground + kept tornadoes at bay.  WWMT

  • After a historic 2025 season, top Kalamazoo-area girls track athletes are gearing up for the 2026 season. Stars like Emma Hoffman (a state title winner) and Mauriel Seeberger, a rising speedster, are expected to shine in sprints, hurdles, and relays across local high school meets.  MLive
