Hou Jia is a new restaurant inside Western Michigan University’s student center that serves Taiwanese dishes like steamed pork dumplings and build-your-own bubble tea, and it held a soft launch in early September. The restaurant will have its grand opening on Oct. 10—during WMU’s homecoming weekend and is the first in the center to serve alcohol.
